Booking and Reservations
Eligibility
To book a skip with us, customers must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into contracts. Businesses must ensure they have the necessary permits for skip placement on public or private property.
Booking Process
Bookings can be made online or via phone. Upon receiving a booking request, our team will confirm availability and provide a quote based on skip size, hire duration, and location.
Payment Terms

Delivery and Collection
Scheduling

Responsibilities of the Customer
Ground Clearance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the designated area is clear of obstacles, such as vehicles, paving slabs, and other debris, prior to skip delivery.
Loading the Skip
- Only allow trained personnel to load the skip.
- Do not overload the skip beyond its specified capacity.
- Ensure that waste is securely contained to prevent spillage during transport.
Liability and Insurance
Spitalfields Skip Hire is insured against accidental damage during skip delivery and collection. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property or personal injuries resulting from skip use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the skip does not infringe on any local laws or regulations.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days following approved cancellations.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
